Returns Policy

If you’re ever dissatisfied with a product and need to return it to us, we have a 30-day money back guarantee policy. As long as the product being returned is not damaged, we will refund the full amount paid for the product in question.

All returns must have enclosed a copy of the order receipt from your purchase and details regarding why you’re returning. Returns may incur a restocking fee as per the manufacturers terms and conditions, you will be informed of this once we have received the goods, or if you’re unsure email sales@toolweld.co.uk and we will provide further instructions on whether there will be additional charges etc.
